ARE YOU WORKING WITH A REALTOR?

Plum Tree is on the market as a "For Sale by Owner". However, you are encouraged to work with the Realtor of your choice to purchase the Plum Tree. We will cooperate fully with your Realtor and pay them their "buyer's" commission.

Please ask your agent to contact Lynn Camp at 719-221-8882 or lynnirwincamp@gmail.com“ in order to arrange a " Commission¬†Agreement for Sale" - a commission agreement between a "for sale by owner" (seller) and the real estate brokerage company connected to¬†the buyer.

If you prefer to work with a realtor or a real estate lawyer and don't know one, we can provide some recommendations.

NOT WORKING WITH A REALTOR?

If you are not using a Realtor, and wish to make an offer, click here for the "Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate" form used by the realtors and approved by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. Alternatively, you can use the services of a real estate laywer to represent you during the transaction.

CLOSING AND TITLE INSURANCE

After the terms to buy and sell are agreed to by both parites - realtors, lawyers, and the owner all use a Title Insurance company to manage the transaction. The Title Insurance company will handle your deposit, provide title insurance, prepare all of the closing documents and record the necessary documents at the court house. They will calculate all of the customary closing costs as they normally apply to the buyer or to the seller and distribute the proceeds.
